We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Do you ship chilled or frozen items?

Currently, we only ship ambient (shelf-stable) products nationwide to ensure quality and safety. Perishable items are available for local pickup only to maintain their freshness.

How do you handle products with short best-before dates?

We pride ourselves on transparency. If a product has a short best-before date (less than 30 days), it will be clearly marked on the product page, often with a discounted price.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items for a change of mind. However, if a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can I request a specific international product that is not in stock?
